Description
At Managing Composites, we’re looking for a Business Development profile, someone who thrives in the commercial reality of OEM environments: growing existing accounts, opening new strategic customers, and turning opportunities into long‑term contracts across automotive, aerospace and marine.
This role is not a support or junior sales position.
Here, you’ll own relationships with major OEM clients, lead commercial negotiations, define pricing and proposals, and build a strong business network in Germany, working closely with internal teams to position Managing Composites as a premium partner.

Responsibilities
• Own relationships with major OEM clients.
• Identify and close upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Introduce new services, including engineering, manufacturing and quality.
• Ensure long‑term partnerships with customers.
• Open new strategic accounts
• Build a strong network in Germany.
• Generate and convert new business opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations.
• Define pricing and proposals.
• Secure long‑term contracts.
• Represent the company in events and client meetings.
• Work with marketing to strengthen brand positioning.
• Help position Managing Composites as a premium partner.
Requirements
• 8–15 years of experience in automotive, aerospace or composite industries.
• Background in OEM or Tier 1 supplier environments.
• Experience selling engineering or manufacturing services.
• Strong commercial mindset (hunter + account manager).
• Ability to open doors and close deals.
• Good understanding of composites and OEM projects.
• Native or fluent German and English.
• Ideally based in Germany.
• Proactive and results‑driven.
• Strong network in the industry.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
